The obligation to submit a notification about of controlled foreign companies appeared from January 1, 2022, and the war in the country did not cancel this obligation. Failure to submit a notification within the prescribed period is punishable by a fine in the amount of 744 300 <\/strong>uah.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Controlling persons must submit an annual report of controlled foreign companies (in electronic form only). The first report must be submitted including data from 2022 year. For various types of contraventions (failure to submit or untimely submission of reports, or failure to display information about existing controlled foreign companies in reporting) in the future periods, fines in different amounts are expected to be imposed (from 50 to 1 000 of the tax-free minimum, for example , in 2021 it would be from UAH 113 500 to UAH 2 270 000<\/span><\/strong>) for each violation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
